Digital products can't be "returned" the way a physical item can — so here's our simple, fair policy.
7-day refunds on bundles
If a bundle isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No interrogation, no hoops.
How refunds work
Checkout and delivery run through Gumroad, so refunds are processed through Gumroad too. Two ways to start one:
- Email hello@smartkitly.store with your order email — we'll trigger the refund.
- Or request it directly from your Gumroad receipt / library page.
What's not covered
- Refund requests after 7 days from purchase.
- Issues caused by software you open the files with (we list required software on each product page).
Broken or misdescribed files
If a file is broken or the bundle clearly isn't as described, tell us — we'll fix it or refund you even outside the window. That's on us, not you.
Free tools
The calculators are free, so there's nothing to refund. If one misbehaves, tell us and we'll fix it.
