These terms cover your use of SmartKitly's free tools and digital bundles. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Free tools
Our calculators (age, loan payment, BMI, percentage, word counter) are free for personal and commercial use. They run entirely in your browser. Results are estimates for informational purposes only — not financial, medical, or legal advice.
2. Digital bundles
Bundles are sold and delivered through Gumroad. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own work and client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files themselves, in whole or in part.
3. Payments & delivery
Checkout, payment processing, and delivery are handled by Gumroad. Right after payment you receive a download link by email, plus lifetime access in your Gumroad library.
4. Refunds
Digital bundles come with a 7-day refund window — see our Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no using our content to mislead others.
6. Liability
The tools and files are provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, SmartKitly isn't liable for decisions you make based on calculator results or bundle contents.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
